Job Description

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks students for a 6-month co-op program (January-July 2027) at its Devens, MA biologics facility. The role combines supply chain and operational excellence projects with formal mentorship, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and present operational and planning data to support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Apply Lean tools to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement across supply chain operations
• Identify, develop, and pilot automation or AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work and enhance decision-making
• Develop dashboards, standard work documentation, and training materials supporting process improvement adoption
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams on assigned projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's (third year+) or Master's program in Engineering, Science, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Ability to work on-site full-time at Devens, MA (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday) for entire co-op duration
• Demonstrated interest in supply chain, operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data collection, analysis, and modeling experience
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements
• Familiarity with AI tools, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, Office 365, or SAP preferred

Compensation: $24.00 - $45.00 hourly
