Are you an early-career designer with a strong eye for detail and an interest in bringing digital experiences to life? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the creation and configuration of graphical user interfaces for airline in-flight entertainment systems. In this role, you will work closely with UX/UI Designers and cross-functional partners to translate approved designs into polished, on-brand digital experiences. You will help configure widgets and home-screen layouts, manage visual assets, support content updates, and ensure every detail is aligned before release. What You’ll Do Configure GUI elements, widgets, layouts, imagery, typography, and branding details using established design specifications. Support the management and updating of digital content assets, including imagery, video, audio, and metadata. Partner with designers and senior team members to prepare assets for integration and development. Perform quality checks to ensure layouts, translations, and visual elements meet approved standards. Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and assist with software verification testing. Follow established workflows while contributing to monthly content integration cycles. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related experience. 0-2 years of experience in digital design, UI configuration, or a related field; internships and academic projects are welcome. A portfolio that demonstrates visual design, layout, and attention to detail. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Foundational understanding of UX/UI principles and digital interface design. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
