Executive SCOPE OF POSITION:

The Virtual Assistant role is a part-time, contractor position within the WorkrBee team. You chose how many hours you want to work per week! It could be anywhere from 8 to 40 hours/week, depending on your availability and the client's need. RESPONSIBILITIES: Email inbox management

Ability to manage an online calendar Ability to edit and format documents Set up simple email campaigns Manage reimbursement requests Pay bills Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Simple CRM management skills Book travel (airfare, rental car, hotel) - International travel booking experience is a plus Push tasks to the finish line Comfortable working with ministry leaders & pastors Your favorite line is "how can I help?" :) QUALIFICATIONS: Please ONLY apply if you have the following: 1-2 years of Virtual or Executive Assisting experience Non-profit or ministry experience [preferred] Portrays confidence and professional authority Ability to anticipate needs High level of loyalty and discretion Must have some day-time availability (9am-5pm) to receive emails, take calls, and join zoom meetings when needed High-level working experience with platforms such as Microsoft Outlook, Google, Zoom, Dropbox, etc. Tech Savvy and able to adapt and learn new software Forward thinking - you anticipate needs or problems before they arise Strong time management skills Ability to work independently Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
